“From April Miller’s Kitchen to Yours”

My Favorite Summer Dessert

 

 

LEMON-LIME REFRIGERATOR CAKE

 

1 package lemon cake mix

1 package lime Jello

1 envelope Dream Whip

1 package lemon instant pudding

oil, eggs & milk

 

Dissolve 1 package lime Jello in ¾ cup boiling water, add ½ cup cold water. Set

aside. Bake cake in 13 x 9 inch pan as directed on package. Let cool 20 minutes.

Poke deep holes in cake about 1 inch apart with fork or ice pick. Pour gelatin

slowly over top of cake. Refrigerate immediately.

TOPPING: Blend and mix 1 envelope Dream Whip with 1 package of lemon

instant pudding made with 1 ½ cups cold milk. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
